This high volume hood washer from Blue Seal has a rack output of 40/20 ph and is available in both single or 3 phase options. With wash cycles of 120 or 180 seconds and a 500mm x 500mm rack dimension, it would be ideally suited for busy school, college or university kitchens with a high output.
A rinse aid detergent pump and drain pump is fitted as standard.
